Turnaround before dispatch?
Your item is made to order so Please allow up 3-5 working day for your item to be dispatched
For Christmas Ornaments please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched
Where is my order shipped from?
From our home office in Norfolk, UK.
POSTAGE & COURIERS
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for and 2nd Class Signed for.
Please note for the Signed for service someone will need to be home to sign for if not your parcel will need collecting from your local post office.
Signed for service tracking will only update once the item has been posted and once the item has been delivered or a delivery has been attempted.
Frames Larger than A3 will be sent via Parcelforce 48 hour service.

POSTAL DELAYS & LOST PARCELS
If you think your order has been lost, please contact us within 14 days your dispatch notification. After that date, your order cannot be refunded or replaced.
Royal Mail require a minimum of 10 working days from the expected arrival date before a parcel may be considered as 'lost', therefore we cannot speed up the process. If your order has still not arrived after this time we will send a replacement. No refunds will be given for lost orders to protect us against fraudulent claims.

DAMAGED ITEMS UPON ARRIVAL
Please contact me as soon as you receive the damaged items and include a photo of how the item arrived (damaged packaging) and the damage to the item.

INCORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS
If you realise you have ordered with an old or incorrect postal address please contact me asap to correct your address before your item is shipped.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders that have already been shipped on which an incorrect delivery address has been provided.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS DUE TO CUSTOMS.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any non-personalised or custom items i.e any prints that are exactly as pictured.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
When will I receive my refund?
Pre approved returns will be refunded as soon as your item is accepted back at our home office in its original condition.
Double Trouble Prints & Designs understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how it is used and shared online.
